Program Requirements
Because technology is a vitally important part of any work environment, all Ole Miss MBA graduates possess strong competency in the productive application of information technology in a broad range of business environments. MBA students are required to own a laptop computer, which is used extensively throughout the program.
Notebook Computers
All students are required to have a notebook computer when they begin the MBA program. A personal printer is also very helpful, but not 
required. Printing services are provided for MBA students in the MBA classroom. Both wired and wireless network access is available.
The MBA program has aggressively incorporated the use of notebook computers into the curriculum. Recognizing that it is important for students to have the correct specifications on their notebook computers, the MBA program strongly recommends that incoming MBA students purchase the specially configured laptop unit made available through Dell, Gateway or IBM computer companies. Obtaining the specially configured MBA notebook computer assures that new MBA students will have a system that meets the necessary specifications of the School of Business Administration.
