From the alumni chapter board president

Dear Ole Miss Business School Alumni,

As president of the newly formed MBA alumni chapter board for the School of Business Administration, I have seen an immediate influence on the MBA program as a result of the involvement of alumni like you!

One program that is having a positive impact is the MBA Career Development Day. Now an annual event, it is aimed at providing students with insight into a variety of career opportunities. In addition, the work and commitment of the MBA faculty and staff have attracted high-caliber students who, after completing the intensive program, are equipped to make an immediate impact on the business world.

Now is the time for you, as a member of the Ole Miss family, to get to know our newest generation. By recruiting and employing graduates of the MBA program, your organization can benefit from the talents and skills these professionals have to offer. Today Ole Miss is making it easier for you to do this. By becoming involved with the Ole Miss MBA Career Development Day, you and your company will have the opportunity to interview and recruit some of the top talent in the Southeast. In addition, the Ole Miss assistantship program allows companies to sponsor an MBA student still in school and, in return, receive a set number of hours per week of that student’s time to work on special projects.

Leveraging the talents of our newest generation of alumni will not only benefit your organization today but also continue to strengthen our ever-growing Ole Miss network. So the next time you are looking to hire a strong candidate, think of the Ole Miss MBA program first!

Sincerely,

Terri Hudson (BBA 95, MBA 01)
