Bio:
Bob Robinson received his PhD in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations from The University of North Texas in 1988. Additionally, he has an MBA with a focus in management. Dr. Robinson is the Michael S. Starnes Professor of Management and has been on the faculty of the School of Business Administration at Ole Miss since 1990. Dr. Robinson's work focuses primarily on the effects of federal employment regulation on human resource management practices. In his career, Bob has coauthored two books and over 100 articles in peer reviewed journals.
