Dr. H. Kristl Davison

Bio:
H. Kristl Davison received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Tulane University. Dr. Davison also has Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a second major in German. Prior to joining the faculty at Ole Miss, Dr. Davison was the Director of the Master’s of Science in Organizational Behavior at the University of Hartford. She also worked for several years as an Employee Selection Specialist at GTE/Verizon, and as a Compensation Consultant for WCG in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Davison’s work focuses on personnel selection, organizational justice and legal issues & diversity. She has published papers recently in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, and Organizational Research Methods.
