The Ole Miss Business School is absolutely committed to preparing students for the real business world. By providing students with the resources they need inside and outside of the classroom to be ready for a global marketplace, we set the pace for business education in Mississippi and the South.

Business students have many opportunities to obtain scholarships for business studies in Oxford, Mississippi or in many countries around the world. Students are strongly encouraged to study abroad to gain an understanding of global

business that can only be obtained by experiencing it first-hand.

Business students are encouraged to prepare early for their job searches through resume` workshops, mock interviews, and business etiquette workshops.  They have the chance to put those skills to the test with hiring managers from some of Americas top companies regularly interviewing on campus. They are also given the opportunity to visit with some of Americas top business leaders when they visit classrooms and attend meetings with students.

Our advisors are available to provide students with academic advising to insure they are on track to graduate. Our career coaches are business and industry leaders who volunteer time to meet with students to make sure they are working toward a degree in the field they are truly interested in and wish to one day work.
